Abstract

Le joint décrit possède une résistance élevée à l'usure profonde, et est pourvu d'un film poreux d'enduction par projection, lequel film est obtenu par projection, sur la surface extérieure, d'au moins une partie métallique de scellement d'un joint pour canalisations de puits de pétrole, de particules d'un métal doux tel que du zinc ou de l'aluminium, et en particulier, de particules métalliques dont chacune est constituée d'un noyau de fer ou d'un alliage de fer, et d'une couche de zinc formée à la surface circonférentielle du noyau via une couche d'un alliage fer-zinc. Est également décrite une méthode de fabrication dudit joint.
A joint for oil well pipes, which has a high galling resistance, and which is provided with a porous film of projection coating, which film is obtained by projecting, onto the outer surface of at least a metal seal portion of a joint for oil well pipes, particles of a soft metal, such as zinc or aluminum, especially, metal particles each of which consists of a nucleus of iron or an iron alloy, and a layer of zinc or a zinc alloy formed on the circumferential surface of the nucleus via a layer of an iron-zinc alloy; and a method of manufacturing the same joint.
